Tige RZX, RZX2 & RZX3 Plug-and-Play Installation

Instructions:

Step 1: Remove coupler in forward hose connection by sliding the red locking rings back on each fitting and set aside for use in Step 3.

Step 2: Remove the caps from the ends of the two rear hoses by sliding the red locking rings back (retain caps for using factory ballast without the Plug-and-Play bag in the future). *(If you have a 2016 RZX, 2017-2018 RZX2 or 2017-2018 RZX3 proceed with Step 3, if you have a 2019 and newer boat, go to Step 4.)

Step 3: For 2016-2018 RZX Series boats, insert the coupler removed from Step 1 into the Straight end of the supplied hose extension. Insert the other end into the forward hose entering the locker from the floor.

Step 4: Position the bag in the locker according to the orientation graphic on the ballast bag and connect the lower hoses to the front and rear ports on the bag along the outside edge of the locker by pushing the connector on and sliding the red locking ring down.

Step 5: Connect the upper hoses to the front and rear ports on the top of the bag by pushing the connector on and sliding the red locking ring down.
