If you need to make a return or an exchange, you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so our returns department can properly identify your return and refund you accordingly. You can confirm your return is eligible on our Customer Service Page.
You can request an RMA for your return online in our customer returns self-service portal
To request your RMA online:
- Use our self service Online Returns Portal
You may also request an RMA for your order over the phone or via email if you would prefer.
Once your return has been approved we will issue you an RMA number and you can follow the instructions that are emailed to you to return your item(s).
