We realize time on the water with family and friends is what it's all about, so we are constantly working on ways to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The arrival of your order will depend on a couple of factors:
- The items you ordered and their availability
- The shipping method you selected and where you are located
In Stock vs Backorder and Preorder Items
All in stock orders placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day. If you ordered items that are currently out of stock, or on preorder, we will wait until those items are in stock to dispatch your order. If you would like us to ship the items that are in stock immediately we would be happy to; simply reply to your order confirmation email, or get in touch with any of our product experts by chat, email or phone and let us know.
When items are in stock, the status stated on the product will say "In Stock - Ships Today/Tomorrow" based on when you're viewing the item. If the item is not currently available to ship and on backorder, the status will state "More On The Way". Please note, the status will update based on selected options of the product; If required options are not selected, the status may be inaccurate.
Shipping Method Delivery Speed
The other variable that will determine when your order will arrive is the shipping method you select during checkout. We provide an estimate for the delivery for each of the available shipping methods during the checkout process.
The shipping transit day count begins the following day the package left. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday with 2-day shipping before noon PST and all items on the order are in stock and ready to ship immediately, the package will arrive on Thursday.
Additionally, we automatically email the tracking number for the package to the email address that was provided during checkout. If you do not see that email, please check your junk mail for message from email@example.com. If you are still unable to locate the tracking information, or need additional assistance locating your order, please contact our Customer Success team.
